PLACARD (The Bleeding Flag)

PLACARD (The Bleeding Flag)

Nigeria we hail!
United Nations we submit!
Our plights, guilts, shame and conscience
Please hearken and oversee our license
Born out of delimitation of our franchise
A sound slap on human rights
The worst scene ever created in the human race

I come in peace
As I expertiate our land crimes-
Accursed land of bribery and robbery,
Prejudice and violence,
Cultism and tribalism,
Kidnapping and rigging,
Corruption, social vices and rape,
Police brutality and political malpractices,
Embezzlement, drug abuse, illegalities and Bad government

Haven exposed our doom in grief
We therefore posit our tune in brief
That our petitions be utmost
You be our judge supreme
And God Almighty redeem

For our leadership seat is a total collapse
A failed government with a clear but dormant constitution
A failed judgement with a right court
A failed leadership with a good nation

Before you became the military
You were first a civilian
We therefore place an embergo on bloodshed
We wave our bleeding flag
A one banner notice of endless petitions
To cheer up our willsome desire
And to allign our agony with faith and action never to retire
This shall be a telltale to our generations to come
Now and beyond the telling times
From dusk to dawn

End SARS is a total synecdoche
Therefore ye United Nations and our dear fashioned old men,
When we say End SARS this is what we mean;
End Police brutality
End bad government
End systematic bloodshed
End citizenic ritualism and threats
End false democracy
End false reformations
End dead conscience
End all forms of crimes- Cultism, kidnapping, looting, embezzlement, bribery, corruption, militancy...
End all political malpractices
End injustice and all illegalities
End slavery of our fellow citizens
End fake crocodile smile
End playing games with political power
End dormancy of constitution and bye laws
End political leaders' illiteracy
End negligence to human rights, dictatorship, imposed leadership and  falsehood
End tribalism and all forms of discrimination
End 'monkey dey work, baboon dey chop'
End calamity and atrocity
End stupidity

I'm proudly Nigerian
I'm not leaving my country Nigeria
I'm leaving the tragedic cemetery nostalgia
Nigeria has not failed
Our leaders failed
I mean our old men failed

Arise O'compatriots!
The national anthem now in play
Let's not let these old men trample the carcases of our loved ones
Let's stand up and defend our nation for once

I've been looking up for this day
When our youths shall face their fears and bleed their blood
I've been looking up for this day
When guilt shall meet with conscience
And reality over rules falsehood and wickedness
I've been looking up for this day
When a token from our leaders shall be betrayed for righteousness
And their weapons be fired against their nonsense and dead conscience
I've been looking up for this day
When animal hearts shall be defeated
And our coat of arms be guarded by humans forever lifted
I've been looking up for this day
When the streets shall be triggered with angry spirits
When there shall be a bloody match past independence in pursuit of freedom and justice

Until the forest is calmed, no peace for the lions
Until our land is cleansed, no peace for the leaders
Until our plights are solved, no peace for the United Nations

What our leaders understands is the language of violence
The dreaded sounds of gunshuts and bloodshed
So should we speak louder the language of our leaders?
Like in the days of John the Baptist
We are not violent
But in violence, we shall take it by force
The language of our old men shall be taught in our schools
Until peace be still

It's time for our actions to be justified by the contents of our hearts
It's time for us to take the bull by the horn
It's time for our petitions to be guarded by strength, faith and spirit
And it's time for us to anchor our hope on God

Please my fellow activists
I crave our indulgence to be careful in our agenda
Let's fight in peace and calmness
Let the sound of our weapons of warfare
Be heard by our rivals and enemies a distance far from our dwelling
These old men have nothing to lose
But we have a life to live after the rampage
We shall be alive to divide our national cake

The innocent blood of our gone heroes must prevail
These old men shall be on the run and shall never return home
Their children and properties shall swim in their own blood
For karma is come to play her role in the game of the living
The spirits of our goodwill foreheroes is moving from turn to turn

If we are given same might of arsenal
We can be more 'SARS' than the SARS
But since our rights to living is regarded illegal
We are now the SARS' monsters

As a colony we express our agony not felony
We are out to defend our threatened territory
We fight for peace of both our pedigree and progeny
So we are here for the sake of our dear country

I therefore stand with the concerned citizens of this great nation
In synergy with the agitative and aggressive spirits of our foreheroes departed
We stand with our spiritual fathers, our goodwill fathers and the eyes of the gods of our land
We stand with divinity and supremacy of the Almighty

We hereby stand with the bleeding flag
We stand with the shedding feathers of the national eagle
We stand with the wails and tears of our motherland
And turmoils of agony cruising our fatherland
We stand in strength, in spirit and in faith

To reignite the burning candle
To rekindle our first independent fire
To put things in order
To enact peace and unity
And to ensure justice prevails

On this note,
We don't protest against Nigeria
We protest for Nigeria
We don't protest against the police
We protest for the police
We don't protest against the government
We protest for the government

Nigeria Oh...Nigeria!
The land of our forefathers and offsprings
Where have you gone wrong?
Why are these evil men after you?
I weep for you my dear country
You have been blackmailed
By same class of men you groomed
You have lost your dignity to an old man
You have lost your pride to the 'agbada' of uncivilized politicians

Oh!...How the mighty has fallen!
Oh!...How these old men have sown their hearts to the devil!
Oh!...How our leaders have loosed their nuts!

No sympathy
No empathy
No remorse
No life
Lifeless leaders

Nigeria you have done no wrong
Our leaders have gone so wrong
And now we perish on the long run

Again Arise! Arise!! Arise!!!
O'compatriots of dignity
Let's build our nation together
Let's bring back our lost pride
Let's sustain our independent name
We are the Giant of Africa

I therefore standout
Amidst the flooding tears of sweats and bloodshed
To hoist a peace flag
To promulgate love, peace, justice and unity
As we take the peace oath
The national pledge in fellowship for the very first time
Peace be still!

We pledge to Nigeria our country
To be faithful loyal and honest
To serve Nigeria with all our strengths
To defend her unity
And to uphold her honour and glory
So help us God!

A New Nigeria I see
Welcome, our golden sun
Show us the way our true son
Lead us with your love and light
We are super ready to follow aright

For the sake of our children-
Our sons and daughters
And our poor fathers and mothers
For the sake of our dreaded dear land

The Modern Mandela is here
The Republic of Freedom is come
Let's pray till our Jerusalem is established
Let's spray till our problem is vanquished
We pray for love, peace and unity
We spray out mess, calamity and atrocity

Blackout to our October Octupus
The independence heroes past
A black day for a black man
The day Nigeria murdered her own
Oh!...What a historic massacre!
Your faces shall be painted on our Memorial Victory Shield forever

The revolution is here
Let's keep it alive
Let the light shine
Let the fire burn
Let the eyes clear
Let the spirit sail
Morale High!
We move!
Pray! and Spray!
Let the bleeding flag wave!

Long Live Nigeria
Long Live Africa
Long Live The United Nations

Placard!
The Bleeding Flag!
Blackout!
